Another amazing feedback to Enoch! My charging port wasn‘t running anymore. Enoch cleaned it in no time – reliable – efficient and super friendly! Thank you for your help, Enoch – much appreciated – without phone – we are ‚lost‘ 😉
Very professional, Wellness for my 2013 MBP.
Enoch is skilled👍
Great customer service, Reliable supplier.
Very friendly and knows what he is doing.
Enoch is amazing! Sorted out my Mac battery on the same day. He went above and beyond to ensure I can keep my business running without interruption.
Enoch Banda is such an amazing guy. My mom dropped her IPhone (with a cracked screen, so it was severely compromised) in water and I called Enoch for advice (after 6pm). He not only answered his phone that time but also collected the phone in Plett and started working on it immediately. The next day, had to replace the charging flex and because of his swift action, the phone was saved and is a good as new. He also delivered the phone back to us. His prices are also super competitive and you will not make a mistake to trust him with your tech. He also got my Imac working without any problems. Thank you Mr. Banda, you are such an amazing person and I am soooo thankful for you and the trouble you went through for us.
Enoch and his team have been servicing my laptop for several years, it’s my main work laptop and I only trust it to Apple Tech Knysna. I’m always very happy with their service!
Enoch was absolutely fantastic! He fixed my daughter’s laptop, which had a completely shattered screen, and made the whole process quick and stress-free. He was friendly, kind, and incredibly helpful — even accommodating a few appointment changes without any fuss. It’s rare to find such great service these days, and I really appreciate his professionalism and positive attitude. Highly recommend Enoch and AppleTech!
